Ein Lobgesang in Miniatur, ein Kleinod ist dieses Introduzione al Dixit. Dieses fröhliche Werk, das mit den Worten „Also singt das Dixit” endet, wurde sicherlich für eine junge, unerfahrene Stimme komponiert. Die nicht virtuose Behandlung der Stimme und die Vokalisen die diese enthält deuten auf eine fast pädagogische Absicht. Ein ideales Werk für Gesangsunterricht.
